Meetings

The Canterra Room is an airy and spacious room with floor to ceiling windows which look out on Jasper Avenue. Opening off our beautiful lobby, the room is painted and carpeted in subtle earth tones. The window treatment is horizontal blinds which control vision and light. Measuring 24 feet by 36 feet the rectangular room may be set to accommodate various events. There are ample electrical, cable and telephone connections as well as wireless and wired high speed Internet access in the room. The west lobby outside the meeting room can be used as a small break-out area or for relaxation breaks.

Meeting Organizers may use their favourite food supplier or we can provide a list of caterers who have worked in the hotel. Canterra is able to supply coffee and tea, juices and pop.
