Booking Policies

Book your suite online, call us toll-free
at +1 (877) 421-1212 or email us at info@canterrasuites.com.

All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card from a financial institution, with the expiry date and the cardholder’s name. Direct billing may be set up for short- or long-term stays, but we still require a credit card for any incidental charges.

Once you’ve booked your suite, you’ll receive a confirmation email. To modify or cancel your reservation, please enter your confirmation number on the booking website and change your details there.

Non-smoking

Our building and suites are smoke-free. Guests may only smoke outdoors in permitted areas.

Check-in & check-out

• Check-in time: 4 p.m.
• Check-out time: 11 a.m.
• Front desk hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

If you’d like early check-in or late check-out, please indicate your preference when booking. Our reservation website also has a comment box for special requests.

Pets

Furry friends are part of the family—we welcome all species and sizes. Our pet fee is $25 per day.

For the comfort of guests with pet allergies, we also offer suites that have never had animals in them. Please note your preference for a pet-free suite upon booking.
